We want you and your future basil to be very happy together. If not, no hard feelings.

💚 What You Can Return

You may return unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund—no questions asked. Just cover the shipping costs to send it back. 

Right now, opened products aren’t eligible for refunds (once they’ve started their grow-journey, they’re yours).

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be in the same unopened condition you received it.
  • You’ll need your receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we’ll:

  • Send you a return shipping label
  • Share simple instructions on how and where to send your package

😬 Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item?

Uh-oh—if something looks off when your order arrives, check it right away and email us ASAP if it’s:

  • Defective
  • Damaged
  • Not what you ordered

đŸš« Non-Returnable Items

Some things have to be final sale:

  • Sale/clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Used products

💾 Refund Timing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if it’s been approved.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be sent to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Your bank or card company may take a bit longer to process it on their end (they move slower than basil roots).

If it’s been more than 15 business days since we approved your return and you still don’t see your refund, please email us at support@BasilBottle.com and we’ll dig into it.
