You may return unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a full refundâno questions asked. Just cover the shipping costs to send it back.Â
Right now, opened products arenât eligible for refunds (once theyâve started their grow-journey, theyâre yours).
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be in the same unopened condition you received it.
- Youâll need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Once we receive and inspect your return, weâll let you know if itâs been approved.
If approved:
- Your refund will be sent to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Your bank or card company may take a bit longer to process it on their end (they move slower than basil roots).
If itâs been more than 15 business days since we approved your return and you still donât see your refund, please email us at support@BasilBottle.com and weâll dig into it.
